Ms. Rosa Pagán has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and throughout her career she has held positions with increasing responsibility up to becoming the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Manager for a multinational company. For the past years, she has worked as an Independent Consultant on issues related to regulatory compliance with laws, federal regulations, international standards, and other quality controls requirements for manufacturing processes.
She holds a Juris Doctor’s degree from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. Ms. Rosa Pagán successfully completed a study abroad program at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford in England, and two judicial law clerk internships at the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, respectively.
Also, she was Editor in Chief of the Inter American University Law Review, Volume XLIX, organized and directed its editorial and academic activities and has accomplished two legal publications. Additionally, Ms. Rosa Pagán competed and was the winner of the XXI Annual Litigation Debate Miguel Velázquez Rivera among the three Law Schools in Puerto Rico.
Ms. Rosa Pagán is dedicated to bring value to her customers. By combining her legal and engineering technical knowledge with her experience in the manufacturing industry, along with her enthusiastically driven personality, she promotes among her customers to aim their efforts towards innovation and to increase their business competitive edge.
Since March 2018, he has been honored to serve, as a member of the Disciplinary and Professional Ethics Tribunal of the Engineers and Surveyors Association of Puerto Rico (CIAPR), representing the Institute of Industrial Engineers in the Tribunal.
